The drink quality here is great. The specialty lattes and teas are creative and full of flavor. The shop had a cool atmosphere with a good execution of the coffee and skull theme that seems to be popular amongst some newer coffee shops. However, the staff was a mixed bag. Some were very friendly while others were somewhat rude. The music was playing so loud that working remotely from here would have been impossible. It is a good place to try out for a cup of coffee but I don’t know if it would be a place I visit again.

My cappuccino with steamed almond with a lot of cinnamon fantastic taste😘!! What a lively place to enjoy a wonderful cup coffee👏🏻👏🏻. Just stay around the corner so checking out local businesses to support. Was very pleased having this coffee place just a few blocks away🤣. Staff was confident & very talented to keep orders coming very quickly!! Even though the place was hoping busy today/ mid morning the all kept with beat of orders. I was very impressed with this place. I’ve been in the food industry for decades. I have traveled across the country and try always to found out the away coffee house & restaurants. You guy are very special team ! I have had many poor quality Cappuccino coffee when I am traveling. Thank you such a fantastic coffee shop in the area!!

Phenomenal beans, sourced from fantastic roasters, brewed by people who care. Hungry and it's before 3pm? Hit up Paysan Breads & Bagels, immediately nextdoor, and get you a bagel sandwich and bagels to go!

The coffee is some of the best in town, but both the attitudes of staff and the music choices tend to be spotty. Some staff are kind, fun to talk to, and interested in their work. Others are offended you stepped through the door. The music gives "no one understands me" vibes, but no one is in high school anymore. Overall, wonderful coffee, sometimes a good experience, and not generally a place to go to to work. Good for catching up with people, though.

This is a great spot to meet up with friends as the shop is very airy and always plays great music. My only wish is that they had a bigger menu of drinks to choose from. Overall, great value and the staff are always so upbeat and kind! Definitely can fill up quickly on a weekend.

Awesome customer service and spectacular Match tea latte, by the time I got there around 8:30am the only food offering was instant oatmeal which was not great and the music playing was more eclectic and not your typical “chill” cafe music, for me it was hard to concentrate but I’m sure it’s an awesome to meet up with friends and hang out.

Head to Remedy for good coffee, plenty of seating, and an open, industrial warehouse atmosphere with lots of windows. The lattes are delicious. There is no food, BUT they are conveniently companions with Payans bake shop right next door, which has the freshest bagels and breakfast sandwiches in town. Highly recommend this to gather with friends, conduct business, and surf the web!

This is definitely the type of place I wish existed when so was in high school in my Emo phase! Love the vibes! They have a lot of unique coffee bean flavors to purchase. My fiancé got a vanilla latte, I love his! I got a Carmel latte, it was not as sweet as I expected and almost bitter. Maybe it was salted Carmel. Regardless it was very good! Parking can be hard if you do not know hot to parallel park like me (luckily my fiancé can) just like any place in downtown Knoxville there are homeless people roaming around outside, but you still feel extremely safe!
